While we always pride ourselves on providing the best service imaginable, it is always great to see first-hand when our service impresses a new client. This afternoon we received a lovely Thank You card from a recent client.
It read:
Dear Sir/Madam
You should know about one of your young men who kindly took a few minutes of his day to help me with what I considered an emergency on May 22 afternoon.
I was on the west mountain (my home is in east Hamilton) and stopped to gas up. When I unscrewed the gas cap, the wider side separated into 2 plastic parts and a metal spring. I quickly filled up and fit the plastic pieces back together and noticed then that I had a third part (the spring). I didn’t know how it fit into the puzzle. I felt uneasy driving after that and remembered “Beech” on Upper James because my aunt used to take her car there for servicing and spoke well of your establishment.
I explained the situation to the young lady at the first reception desk and she sought out one of your employees to take a look. I didn’t take note of his name but he’ll know who he is. He undid the temporary assembly that I had done, inserted the spring and put the cap back in the proper order.
I offered to pay him but he refused payment. Please tell him he made my day. The experience will stay with me and make me smile whenever I think of it.
God Bless!
