The customer service at Beech is top notch. Intelligent, caring and passionate people working there. The service on my vehicle was compeleted in a timely manner and the mechanics ensured that they informed me as to what exactly needed to be done on my vehicle. Overall, I was happy with the service but there were a few issues as well. Firstly, during my servicing it was raining and someone did not shut the rear drivers side door properly and thus, quite a bit of rain was all over my leather seats and door. Secondly, when I sat back in my car, my seat was adjusted and not returned into the position I maintain, my mirrors were also not in its standard position. Lastly, the rear floor mats were placed incorrectly ie. the left mat was placed on the right side of the vehicle. To me, attention to detail with luxury vehicles is the key to exceptional service and I unfortuantely did not see above and beyond service during my first servicing at Beech Motor Works.
Hi Steve,Thanks for the insight on how we can improve, we appreciate the time you have taken, so I would like to extend the deffered work service discount of 10 or $187.50 in your case until the end of April and would also like the opportunity to detail your vehicle again ( at no charge to you of course) when your time permits just drop it off even just for the detailing.
