I booked an appointment for oil change and removal of winter tires/storage. The shuttle service made scheduling the appointment very convenient. The driver was courteous and pleasant. They phoned to let me know that during the check-up they found a defective part that was covered by their warranty and they also recommended several other things be replaced which were regular maintenance issues. When they make recommendations regarding replacing parts, I trust their judgement and I'm always satisfied with the level of service. I highly recommend Beech Motor Works. SW
