HAMILTON AUTO REPAIR

My car is old and there is a good deal wrong with it. Steve helped to determine what needed to be done immediately and what could wait as I can't afford a new car and I can't afford to do all of the work that is needed. The detailed printout gave a clear indication of what was done and what still needs to be done and that will help me to budget for future repairs. As a woman, I was most appreciative of the fact that no one I spoke to talked down to me or acted like I was too stupid to comprehend what they were talking about (and if you're a woman, chances are, you know what I'm talking about)!!! Thank you for your honesty AND professionalism!!!

I took my car in for an oil change. By the time I had finished my coffee and Biscotti (free while you are waiting!) the car was done too. It came back sparkling clean after a pampered wash.

Called yesterday to check on whether the service center would have a battery available for the Versa in stock. Steve indicated that he could order one and it would be available when we delivered the Versa. We did this all over the phone, when we arrived it was simply a 15 minute wait!! Thank you for all your help.
