They got a proper replacement battery and had it installed the same day, with out an appointment. I am very pleased with the service and the dollar value was good as well.

I appreciate that I am treated like a somebody. They remember my name when I walk in the door and take care of me. I recently had an emergency just prior to embarking on a long trip to the States. My coolant light came on and I didn't have time for a complete service. They topped me up and checked all of my fluid levels. I was out of there within 5 minutes and they didn't charge me. They knew I would be back and they were right. I booked and received a tuneup within 5 days of getting back to Ontario. No question.....I wouldn't take my car to any other service centre.

Everything was great, very helpful and thanks for the car wash. The only concern was that whoever cleaned the interior sprayed the dashboard with a spray that ended up on the instrument panel. It's oily and won't wipe off very well. perhaps that could be sprayed onto the carpets or under the dashboard in the future. Just a thought. Other than that, everything was great, thank you!

Excellent service...the rep opened the door as we were taking the shuttle out and wished us a all good day. That was above my expecations.The driver Joe was personable and made the ride to work as comfortable as possible for everyone. Clint thanked me for the business at the end as the bill was paid.These little things create a great client expierence. Keep up the good work you will get referrals from me.
