I am very happy that I brought my car in for servicing with Beech Motor Works. From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was one of superb customer service and professional workmanship. The car needed extensive work and I knew it would not be a "cheep" bill, so I needed to know if it would be better to repair the car or buy a brand new second hand car. The information I received put my mind at ease and it was not difficult to decide that the cost of repairs would be well worth the investment.Since the car would not be available till the next day, I was offered a rental car to help me with dealing with the stress of being without transport at a time that I really needed it. This alone shows that Beech Motor Works is not just a company, but a team of well qualified persons willing to work with their clients to make sure that service means more than just taking care of a mechanical part; they treated 'the client'...Driving the car out of the lot, it felt like I was driving a brand new car. In fact, the car had been totally detailed... I am confident that car will be in my possession for another few years. Thanks to all who worked on the vehicle.I am confident that anyone I recommend to Beech will be treated extremely well and that their vehicle will be treated with care and professionalism. I am most assuredly going to be returning to Beech for all my automotive maintenance.

Communication skills were superior. I was given all the information I needed to make service choices and then left without pressure to decide. Every conversation I had with any of the employees (and I talked with 4-5 different people in the process) was pleasant and welcoming. I cannot yet judge the lasting quality of the repairs, but the bonuses of picking up a clean and warm car forecast well for the durability of the mechanical care. I can and will recommend your service to all my friends.

Prior to selecting Beech Motorworks as my service provider, I called around to several other establishments in an attempt to find appropriate winter tires and rims for my vehicle. Due to it being part way through the season, stock was unavailable or long wait times would be required to get the product. Beech was able to find the exact brand and model I was looking for, bring it in within the week and was great on price. Also, they washed, dried and DETAILED my car as part of the service. A very pleasant surprise. Needless to say, I will not need to call around next time. Thank you!
