The team at Beech Motorworks is fantastic! I called them at 5 o'clock in the evening because I was worried about my car. Not only were they able to get my car booked in for the next morning, they shuttled me back and forth to work. They provided me with a detailed report including pictures, fixed the problem and everything runs smoothly now. Excellent mechanics! Excellent customer service! Thanks everyone!

Have taken my cars to Beech over the past 12 years for things like snow tire changes to serious concerns. They always did quality work; mentioned what else should be considered either immediately or over the next few months time. A transmission incident was of special concern. I went back to my dealer 3 times mentioning a "slippage" after a complete stop that continued to get worse and worse. I do a lot of highway driving and did not want to be stuck at 2am on the 401. For 3 consecutive times at the dealer, each time I was told there were "no problems noted". I called a trusted national organization and was told to take the car to Beech. Their technicians noted 3 major and 1 minor fault in the transmission; gave me the computer analysis codes; and recommended I return to the dealer with these codes in hand. The car was 4 days at the dealer and a new transmission was inserted - all under their warranty. In 12,000 kms more, my original warranty would have expired! There are "rip-off" artists in any profession, but Beech is definitely NOT one of them! I need someone I can trust to keep me and my family safe from mechanical issues on the highways - whether at 2pm or 2am! Thanks Beech!

I have been a longtime customer of Beech Motorworks. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When I have questions, they take the time to make sure I get the answers I need. They offer roadside assistance and do warranty work. I have learned a lot about my car from the car care clinics that they offer -- for free! I have complete trust in every one of their staff, and they wash my car before pick up! Definitely the best place to take your car.

I have been using Beech Auto for a few years now on my BMW plus a few other makes and would recommend them to everyone due to the constant excellent quality of the full service they offer. From the call in to book appointment through to picking up my vehicle. They always accommodate any repair almost immediately and with the help of all staff they keep me up to date with all timing and costs, plus the shuttle is a bonus that can really help out, or if not then they offer car rental service as well. My first visit to this shop was a good experience. Very professional and courteous. Being an ex mechanic(without access to a garage) I was already aware of the issues with my car, they sent me a detailed report that was spot on and were not pushy about upselling maintenance work. The price was a bit high, but it is worth it for a professional and honest opinion. I've already recommended this shop to several friends and co workers.

I have been taking my Nissan to Beech for about 6 years now. They were recommended by a friend and I have never been disappointed. Service is professionally completed and I trust them completely. I know my vehicle is well maintained and the courtesy wash and inside cleaning is always appreciated. Well done!

I have been bringing my own vehicles to Beech for most of the past twenty years and more. Last time I brought in my son's vehicle that was at or beyond its best-before date. It got a thorough going-over, with work separated into necessary, recommended, and suggested. When my son heard that the total cost could well be more than the value of the vehicle, he backed off, so Beech only charged for the cost of the examination. That's why I will continue to entrust my vehicles to Beech - they're straight shooters, and they develop a relationship with their customers that goes far beyond just taking care of their own bottom line.

I have dealt with Clint and Alan before we purchased the Ford Taurus and we were always very satisfied with the service. I took the car in for an estimate on new tires, decided to get them purchased and installed. The service was excellent as always; job done without having to wait days. We are very happy and will recommend you highly. Staff is awesome, helpful, polite and very helpful.

I read through the negative posts and it seems like Beech has addressed unsatisfied customer concerns. I was referred to Beech from a friend who has always serviced his imports there. I was surprised to learn they had been in business for over 20 years at that location. When I learned that my oil change appointment was booking a week in advance, Tina offered to top up the oil level if i stopped by. This level of customer service is very uncommon in this industry. As the type of owner who prides himself in a perfectly maintained vehicle I was disappointed to receive an expensive quote for suggested service however I recognize that this is not subjective. I brought my BMW in for an oil change and Beech took the time to thoroughly evaluate my car and provide a detailed report and personalized explanation. I wasn't pressured into any services and the level of attention I received was exceptional. I paid at least 25% less than the dealership but far greater value. I left with a clean car and a smile on my face. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beech Motorworks to my friends and family.
