I appreciate the work done here. Lately, I've been only getting my snow tires off and on. My wife is not happy that the tire guy did not replace the same valve caps (2 are a different colour) and he didn't notice the door ajar light when he loaded the tires in the trunk. It's nice to relax with a coffee and biscuit while reading the newspaper. They also offer a complimentary car wash and vehicle check but I passed on it.

I've been taking my vehicles to Beech Motorworks for many years, and have always found their customer service to be fantastic. They always provide you with what needs to be done now and things that can be deferred - always with your safety on the road in mind. The technicians do a great job and I have never had to bring anything back to have work re-done. Great work guys!

Excellent customer service as usual. Very comfortable place to wait with reading material, TV, coffee bar. If waiting is not your thing, they have a shuttle driver. I have been going to Beech for about 18 years now and have found them to be trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. Case in point, I got an estimate from them. Seemed a bit high. Got an estimate from a competitor, slightly better price, but they omitted quoting on other servicing that should've gone hand-in-hand with the quote I asked for, that Beech included. So not only is Beech competitive, but they are thorough. You get what you pay for, and you will not be disappointed with Beech Motor Works.

I am a relatively long-standing customer of Beech and haven't left a review, but wanted to add to the positive feedback. The staff and management team at Beech are customer-focused (probably one of the best customer experiences I have had across any type of service), knowledgeable, and highly responsive. The work they do is state-of-the-art (e.g., sending me a picture of the part of the car that needs repair when they call to explain). They are honest and trust-worthy which is the most important element of the relationship I have with them. Should something go as not expected, they take responsibility and go above and beyond to make it right.

Probably the best customer service I have ever encountered as well as thorough work and knowledge in the business. Clint, the manager, his mechanics and staff deserve to be applauded for exceptional work and service. I agree with all those 5 star ratings, they take their work and customers seriously. Also, this company takes a complete futuristic or holistic kind of approach to car maintenance, one that emphasizes safety and potential problems. They have been good to me when I needed their help and I greatly appreciate it.
