HAMILTON AUTO REPAIR

I used Jeff at Beech Motorworks as my mechanic prior to moving to Alberta years ago and was thrilled to find him still working there when I recently moved back to the Hamilton area. He is absolutely fabulous and really knows his stuff. I feel like I am taking our vehicles to a trusted friend when we need service and value his expertise, personable yet professional manner and cheerful recognition the moment I drive up to the shop! Tina and the rest of the friendly Service Staff always go over and above to accommodate and assist in any manner they can. Our vehicles are always detailed/cleaned to the max after each service appointment which is such a nice added touch. You won't be disappointed if you use these folks. I have recommended them to friends and family, so they'd have to be good before I'd do that! Keep up the good work guys and we'll be back, as always!

Beech Motorworks has dependable mechanics. Jeff is a great guy. He checked over my tires to see whether they needed replacement or realignment before winter. He felt that they didn't. He was honest and told me that. He also did an oil change.You get great service there. I've been going for a few years. You know that if you go to Beech Motorworks, they're going to get it done right the first time. They're reliable and honest. It's just good customer service. You feel like you're in good hands.

Got my winter tires there for a great price.Was really impressed with their over-and-above service - my car came back cleaner than it has ever been.

Although, the wrong tires were brought up from the hotel, Beechmotor did an excellent job of maintaining good customer service. They apologized and offered to do it at my convenience. We have been customers for about 24 years, since we first moved to Hamilton. During this entire time they have kept us safely running the roads. My son, Jeff Hunt, works at Beech Motorworks! He looks after our vehicles. He's the best mechanic in the world. He got his training while he was going to college. He worked there with Al Beech. He was actually going through to be a building inspector. When he got through taking the course, he got offered a job that paid only a dollar more than Al. Al said, "Well, come be an mechanic for me." He's been with Al Beech ever since. We've been getting our car fixed there ever since he's been working there. Those guys are all great--all of them. They all look after you real good. They have your best interests at heart. We just got a brand new truck and we even have the warranty work done there. We don't bother going to Ford.

I've been using Beech Motorworks going on at least 10 years, and in that time I have built a trusting and friendly relationship with them. Their customer shuttle service is one of my favorite features, so I can get work on my car done while I'm at work. I really appreciate the proactive approach Beech Motorworks takes in their work. They will give you a very thorough, trustworthy evaluation of your vehicle and recommendations on how to get the best performance out of your vehicle. Their service is really convenient and comprehensive.
