The staff is very friendly and helpful. They repair the work that is only needing repaired.

I have an older Mercedes Benz 1985, 380SL They have the staff that is very capable of evaluating problems and handling the repairers at a reasonable cost. Great Service !!

I would highly recommend this shop. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They do good work; they respect my vehicle; and in the 3 or 4 years of going there I've never had a problem. They've helped solve other issues with the vehicle with product recommendations that have enhanced my vehicle's drive-ability. Customer service at the counter is top-notch and the waiting area is comfortable, clean, and the hospitality e.g. coffee, biscotti, etc. is a nice touch.The only downside, is that they are slow. A regular maintenance on my vehicle will eat up most of the morning, and I get there at 7 am! This needs improvement and that's why I think on service and recommending them I gave 5 stars, but the slow service in the shop drops the total experience score.

I am always very satisfied with the curious service and reasonable prices. Value for the service I receive.

As a mechanic myself that has worked in many different garages I was very impressed with my whole experience.The work was done efficiently, the bill was what they quoted me, I like the customer loyalty program and the towing program. I was very happy to have my car cleaned and smelling good upon return and also the shuttle service was great. I will certainly be back again and recommend Beech to others.Thank you,Adam Bedell

Alan and his team are fully committed to customer satisfaction. I had a new set of tires put on my '09 Grand Cherokee and found out that an 'H' rated tire had been installed, and not an 'S' as I had anticipated. Without question, BeechMW replaced the tires with an 'S' rated tire. There commitment to see that I'm fully satisfied will certainly bring me back to their shop in the future.

When you feel like a bother everywhere else, you certainly won't at Beech Motors. I am a woman, and admittingly know nothing about my car, and I have complete trust and faith in the technicians and staff at Beech Motors. I have never been left to feel less than any other customer for my lack of knowledge. They even offer women's workshops!I get to work on time, courtesy of their shuttle service, a gourmet coffee, tea or water, and biscotti! Best of all, I leave with a clean car in and out! Taking my car in is not dreaded ... it's actually quite a delightful experience! Way to go Beech Motors ... keep doing it right!

Always above and beyond expectation

Two days before going to Beech, I went to my dealer for an oil change for a scheduled confirmed appointment. My dealer told me they couldn't fit me in at the time, even though I had an appointment. I decided to try Beech Motor Works and it worked out great! The customer service I received was amazing. It's obvious that Beech Motor Works knows how to treat customers and has been doing it right for a long time. Thanks!
